Some girls start menstruating as early as 9 years old. Both my daughters did and they were not happy about it either.
Girls are maturing at a faster and earlier rate, so yes girls are getting their periods earlier, sometimes at 8 or 9.

Not all females start their menses at 12 or13.
That is one of the first things that popped in to my head. Never seen a ten year old that has been thru puberty. What male outside of a complete degenerate would be attracted to a 10 year old. Things that don’t add up. Am thinking that this is BS!

Yes, it is possible for girls as young as ten have all the necessary equipment to get pregnant.
Although it comes later many times, there are some who would qualify to become pregnant, as a survey with my friends would testify.
