Well duh, why would he end the war if he thinks he can win? The military war is only half of it, the economic war is the other half, and he’s winning bigly in that. The US shot its wad with sanctions thinking that would bring Russia down, only to find out that Russia’s position is much stronger than they anticipated. So now the US is doubling down on stupidity to try and hide their huge mistake.
Russia is the ONLY major country not mired in excessive debt, and they have the natural resources and trade relationships to easily weather any storm. Can’t say the same for the rest of the world which is on the verge of economic collapse. Why do you think we are risking WW3 over this? Trust me NONE of the players give a rat’s @ss about Ukraine, it just a useful pawn providing the excuse to engage Russia militarily.
