I know people like that and they are certainly disturbed and unbalanced.
Maybe it's a crying need for attention but, who goes through life with SO MUCH sense of inadequacy and inferiority that they feel compelled to take everything as a personal affront???
My mom's youngest sister was like that and we all stayed away from her!
I treat people exactly how they deserve to be treated.
If they deserve respect and friendship they get it.
If they act like jerks I become rude and nasty—on purpose, not as an emotional reaction, but as a planned response to drive them away from me.
