I’ve been doing ACV since Lent. Along with intermittent fasting and my usual exercise routine, I have lost weight/belly fat and halved my BP meds. As long as I keep my alcohol intake under control. I’ll see this September what my stat numbers are.
I’m on the Mediterranean diet since Feb. Went from 205 to 178 in 6 weeks. 35 to 32 waist. No beef and I really don’t miss it.
