So now, the liberal view is that Walt Disney himself is controversial? I guess I missed something. When did Walt become controversial?
Wait until they delve more into the details of Walt’s life. I recall an interview on a talk show with Dick Van Dyke about being hired for Disney movies. When asked why he wanted him, Walt indicated he had read an article/comments from Van Dyke about family values that struck a positive chord with Walt. Yeah, that’s not going to play well with the woke crowd.
They have been sweeping him under the rug since the 90s.
Walt Disney is not controversial to me! I have always admired him. Walt was a patriot, I guess that fact is enough to cause other people to hate him and try to erase his memory and erase his artistic and business legacy.
Anything the left wants to destroy is “controversial”.
If they call something “controversial”, count on it actually advocating for traditional values and morals.
