The decision of the Browns to trade for quarterback Deshaun Watson elicited mixed reactions from the team’s fans. Some loved it, off-field issues notwithstanding. Some hated it, given the off-field issues.
There was no sign of negativity on Saturday, for the first public practice of training camp. As explained by Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Watson received an “enthusiastic reception” from fans who attended the session.

If THE JUDGE suspends him for the whole year the NFL can move on and his return won’t be as big a deal. So the woke executives ‘prepare’ for an 8 game suspension, keeping ‘the lid’ on. That way they can have it both ways. He’ll only get 6 games. Both sides save face.
Anyone remember Keshawn Johnson arguing with John Gruden on the sideline? Got him cut WITH PAY. The next Sunday he was on the pre-game shows when his place was on the field.

If MLB can suspend Trevor Bauer for two whole years for the accusations of one woman than the NFL must suspend Watson for 48 years because of the accusations of 24 women. Just to be “fair”.
Goroppolo is a pretty boy-those things count. The NFL would like nothing better than to see him take the team into the playoffs where the girls go gaga. The woke NFL won’t admit it. Now if Jimmy were to say he’s queer...

The type of fan that goes to watch practice will always be enthusiastic. It’s a self selecting positive crowd.
As for his narrative, the fact that his team created non-disclosure agreements for his masseuse’s to sign is all the proof you need he was up to bad stuff. Kind of like Matt Lauer’s electronic door, good people don’t need those.
I hope so. Baker is a perfectly good QB, maybe even better than good. He's not Tom Brady... but who is?!
