Ha ha I love these. Been one a year at least since I’ve been born. This drawing looks like a complete sinker.

It seems that if it were floating with outdoor open areas, there would’ve been no need to send birds out to bring back branches/leaves. Noah could’ve seen that with his own eyes.
But the rendering is kinda cool.
And ... “what’s a cubit?” LOL!

Many if not all arks in earlier Mesopotamian myths were circular, but Noah's was not. And all of them came to rest on a prominent mountain in their area where Noah's does not.
Trying to change the story of Noah so it will fit with the story told by other cultures is a mistake.

Oh and there is no evidence aside from the author's mind that the basket Moses was in was round.
Baskets were round, square, rectangle and oval. Some had lids and some did not.

This ark is in the shape of an ice cream cone. How did Noah build it on solid ground?

Reading Genesis without preconceptions, we might guess that Noah’s tevah—made out of “gopher-wood” and water-proofed with pitch—is a giant version of the tevah of Moses, made out of bulrushes and water-proofed with pitch (and slime!).Would a boat that is a giant version of the tevah of Moses be structurally sound if constructed of reeds? Certainly that raw material was readily available in those days. Would it be strong enough to withstand and survive the pounding waves?
Would the waterproofing hold up?
Did it float like a cork?
There would be no remnant of the Arc if it were constructed from reeds, that would readily deteriorate and likely disappear without a trace on Mt. Arafat.
