BTW what ever happened to Harcourt Fenton Mudd?
What’s tragic about dying at 89?
I wish she could have lived to 99
Happily married for over 50 years now.
Seriously, Roger Carmel died in 1986 at 54 years old.
I wondered that as well. I think 89 years is a full life. Nobody live forever.
Mudd was given an android body with an estimated lifespan of 500,000 years in order to listen to Stella’s entire lecture.
Sulu became a galactic-size whiny pain in the shorts.
Drug overdose. that sucks.
That’s nice. Still doesn’t make it tragic.
She was a lovely woman and was excellent for the role.
Slightly odd coverage in the article to include Eddie Paske and NOT include Walter Koenig, George Takei, Majel Barrett, or, for that matter, Grace Lee Whitney.
Roger Carmel reprised the role of Harcourt Fenton Mudd a third time in an episiode of Star Trek: The Animated Series titled “Mudd’s Passion.” In it, Mudd is arrested by Kirk and crew for pushing specious aphrodisiacs on a mining colony’s workers. The aphrodisiacs are later released into the starship’s air-conditioning/ventilation system. Hilarity ensues!
Yep
I don’t even remember Eddie Paskey.
Eddie Munster of The Munsters TV show or todays Paul Ryan.
Oops. Wrong Eddie. Eddie Paskey was the red shirt security guard who was killed in a couple of episodes but came back to life and was the background red shirt who never said anything. He could be seen at different bridge stations on the Enterprise.
Rest?
Wouldn’t being dead qualify as happily married?
