It is easier to fence a dog in than a deer out
And dogs don’t eat vegetables
Our English Lab must be part goat, because she steals green beans and cucumbers from our garden. We have a fence to keep her out and she chases off the deer.
I have 3 large German Shepherds.
The deer sleep around near the house because they’re not afraid of the dogs anymore and the dogs keep coyotes, bears and big cats away.
Mine eat raspberries. Oh well I’ve got plenty.
Our neighbor's dog loves green tomatoes.
It'll eat ripe ones too, but not as much.
I put up an electric fence to keep the dog out.
The first contact with the fence was quite entertaining.
