The Walt Disney Co. is doubling down on woke gender politics in its upcoming Marvel series Ironheart.
The studio has cast transgender “non-binary” actress Zoe Terakes in a key supporting role just days after the show also cast drag queen Shea Couleé, an alumnus of RuPaul’s Drag Race. Terakes, who hails from Australia, was born female but identifies as “non-binary” and “trans masculine.”

Under CEO Bob Chapek, Disney is aggressively promoting radical gender theory in its entertainment for children.
The new Disney+ series Baymax features a transgender “man” who menstruates and gives advice on maxi pads.
Disney’s Marvel superhero series Loki recently revealed that its title character is “gender fluid.”
The studio gave drag queen Nina West a starring role in its Disney+ This Is Me: Pride Celebration Spectacular last year. The special also featured drag queen Jackie Cox as well as “gender-fluid” and “gender non-binary” performers.
CEO Bob Chapek promised earlier this year to devote the company to radical queer activism following the debacle over Disney’s response to Florida’s anti-grooming Parental Rights in Education law.
“I truly believe we are an infinitely better and stronger company because of our LGBTQ+ community,” he said in message to employees. “I missed the mark in this case but am an ally you can count on—and I will be an outspoken champion for the protections, visibility, and opportunity you deserve.”

The most recent numbers I can find are from July 11. Light year has brought in $155M against a budget of $200M, including marketing and other costs, $300M. I guess Disney wants another dose of success with the picture described in the article

They say you have to spend $4 to get a customer to return for every dollar the customer was spending on you.

Yet, back in the good old days, Disney quickly rejected the BACK TO THE FUTURE script due to the questionable Mother/Son confusion theme.
From what I’ve read about him, he’d be appalled.

224 million revenue worldwide as of Aug. 11. Probably closer to 350 million in costs with marketing.

They sure learned their lesson from that Florida fiasco.
Holy moly, I did not realize Lightyear did that poorly. That is a massive flop for a franchise that expected one billion like the previous Toy Story movie. Its the worst of all time. Well when I guess parents did not want their kids groomed by the alphabet people.
Good grief, I’m so sick of woke perversions being in every movie/series.
This week I started watching the 3rd season of “Locke and Key” on Netflix. First episode of season 3, They’ve got Uncle Duncan marrying a black guy.
So I turned that off and started watching “Sand man” on Netflix. First episode...Gay couple. Turned that off.
Then this weekend, my grown daughter and I started watching the second season of “Only Murders in the Building” on Hulu, Selena Gomez starts dating a girl. One of they minor characters even brags about how he loves she’s dating a girl, that it’s so “progressive”. And suddenly there’s also an interracial gay couple too.
Somehow progressive no longer means advancement but perversion.
Well, at least these self-righteous bastards know that they’re doing their best to LGBQ etc the kids. I don’t know that the shareholders feel that good about it, though
