Yes, you can be sure this CPS employee has coaxed a number of her young charges into prostitution. In fact, I’ll bet she — or a “boyfriend” — would have been only too willing to show the girl the ropes if she’d shown the least bit of interest.
I wouldn’t look to Kim Ogg (Harris County DA) to look into this matter.
