Democrats outnumber the law abiding in New york.
When I worked the polls in New york city decades ago, in my district, Republicans were outnumbered by democrats 10-1.
If enough Dems were still voting party, NYC wouldn’t need RCV.

Simple. Electoral college for the states. Each downstate vote will count 1/10th of an upstate vote
I think the votes still come from the city and not the rest of the state. No one with a brain would pick this woman over Zeldin...I would bet that not even those NYC voters know how she got to the governor’s seat to begin with.
