Years ago, got into a car chase. Caught the driver who was a juvenile. Staff at juvenile detention said that he’d already been arrested over 20 times.
In Georgia, they’ve closed down many of the juvenile detention facilities. Unless the kid commits a violent felony they’re released to their parents or guardians.

Got stuck in Atlanta traffic (by mistake trying to save time) coming back from Perdido Keys and was in stop and go traffic. Protection was in my lap the entire time.
