Agree. A lot of people die intestate believing that wills are too complicated. Most states recognize something called a holographic will which is basically something written in your own handwriting with your own signature and date. A few scribbled notes on a piece of paper can often save everyone a lot of trouble.

Having two people witness the signature and put a date on the paper can't hurt either.
