And also be prepared for the cities to burn and wide scale riots. It’s the same reason they don’t want to make conditions in prison too harsh because it leads to prison riots.
We are headed for war anyway; better to fight from a position of strength. Let them burn the cities down and riot, then pass laws so they can be shot on sight.
