Not yet. Many are on the trail to prove fraud. Once fraud is actually proven, law suits can proceed.
I hope so, beczuse it ws fraud, a dangerous fraud. The companies will fight it tooth and nail no doubt, claiming that it wasn’t fraud because “so many folks were helped by it” without a shred of evidence that it did prevent deaths. But I’m hoping the folks that got it and were hurt prevail.
