Pictures are worth a thousand words.....for PR purposes.

The real truth:

“We lost five people for every one they did,” said Ihor, a 30-year-old platoon commander...

Russia’s Orlan drones exposed Ukrainian positions from more than a kilometer above their heads, they said, an altitude that meant they never heard the buzz of the aircraft tracking their movements.

Russian tanks emerged from newly built cement fortifications to blast infantry with large-caliber artillery, the wounded Ukrainian soldiers said. The vehicles would then shrink back beneath the concrete shelters, shielded from mortar and rocket fire.

Counter-battery radar systems automatically detected and located Ukrainians who were targeting the Russians with projectiles, unleashing a barrage of artillery fire in response.

Russian hacking tools hijacked the drones of Ukrainian operators, who saw their aircraft drift away helplessly behind enemy lines.”

Kherson front not going well, also Ukies will be unable to take Crimea and the original DPR/LPR areas if they don’t have direct Western intervention. If they get it, though, Ukraine and NATO should take Sochi and the entire Black sea coast from the Russians and liberate Belarus as well. And also remove the CCP from China (make Tibet and Uiyghar independent), restore the Shah to Iran, and reunify Korea.

Strangle their logistics and you strangle their army. In WW2 we did it in Europe with tactical air-power, wrecking the French railroads before the invasion. Looks like Ukraine may accomplish the same thing with guided artillery and drones.

No matter what, Russia’s army has been exposed as a paper tiger. Decades of corruption at every level have hollowed it out. All Putin’s got left, strategically, is trying to strangle Europe’s fuel supplies, and it’s looking like even that is going to fail.

Lets hope the Russians give up. But I doubt it.
