Hillary, how is your marriage going?
Has Hillary found any new girl friends that want to be with her or does she now have to pay to be serviced and Bill gets to watch???????????
Nope. Doesn’t work that way. Congress cannot simply pass laws and say they are beyond the reach of the courts. If that was the case there would be a raft of law the Supreme court could not review.
A statutory ruling can let congress tweak their law. But the Roe decision was a constitutional ruling, which congress cannot overturn without an amendment.
You lose.

Better than your life has been going since Nov 2016.
After Hillary finally takes her dirt nap, she can wonder how her ‘eternity’ is going...
In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.
This was one of Pat Buchanan's biggest complaints. He argued that Congress could have legislated on abortion and used Article III to fence it off from the Supreme Court. Article III clauses have been used several times in the past.
I fully understand that others may prefer something different than I do. God made us all different, after all.
