I thought fish oil tablets or the regular eating of salmon/ sardines was supposed to do that.
I was hoping this was a valid plan since I like those kind of canned fish.

The only supplement I took daily over those 20 years was 2,000 IU of Vitamin D. Over the past couple years, I've added zinc and vitamin C supplements, due to COVID.
