The fraud at all levels in the “hunger crisis” is mind boggling. Government at every level is throwing $billions at the problem while charitable organization are involved on a private basis adding to the pot. It’s important to remember that corruption follows money, and we’re talking about a big pot of money.

The fraud cases are a drop in the bucket compared to the LEGAL rip-off of U.S. taxpayers through these stupid programs.

“Nutrition assistance” isn’t designed to stop hunger. It’s designed to be a massive subsidy for farmers, food producers and grocery store chains. Walmart is probably the strongest lobbyist for these things. I give it 5-10 years before people are allowed to use EBT cards to buy backyard grills, beer, and restaurant meals.

This is what happens when a country no longer aspires to do great things. Instead of sound anything useful and productive, we just set up government-run rackets like this.

I am not giving any money to any hunger fighting charity any more!
