This is another level of proxy war playing out. Iran sends drones to Russia, Israel sends anti-drone weapons to Ukraine.
Iran has been our thorn in the side since 1979. We have tiptoed around them, fought wars all over the Middle East and failed to support rebellions against the clerics.
At this point who knows what the warmonger screw ups will do next.
