I got a small pox vaccine in 1965. I wonder if this covers the monkey version? Anyone, one probably needs to have sex with someone other than their wife to catch this...And since I don’t even have sex with her...I should be fine.

Being ‘of color’ alone does not predispose you to monkeypox. Being ‘of color’ AND having indiscriminate sex with multiple partners of the same sex” does, as does having sex with someone who does what is described above & brings it ‘home’.

Actually, if you’ve gotten the small pox vax, it should protect you. Then again, you don’t need that protection as long as you and your wife aren’t sleeping around with other monkey-pox infected people ...
