They are dolphins, orcas.
They are all part of the "Toothed Whale" family but they are not the same.
Porpoises, Dolphins, Beaked Whales, Killer Whales and Sperm Whales are all toothed whales. The Killer Whale is the only one that is known to eat other whales although dolphins will attack and kill porpoises for fun.
