A lot of speculation on this one. The only thing they will release is that she was fighting a sinus infection at the time of death. Could be any combination of drugs or shock from any one of them depending on the mixture.

Yes fentanyl is a killer but is a strong opiate.
Perhaps she had a history of depression.
Sometimes people on the outside appear unusually happy just before they commit suicide.
Yes I agree, but what is your point? It is an extremely strong opiate! That is why many users are accidentally dying.

She looks natural to me. It’s possible, I suppose.
But I get accused of being on steroids a couple of times a year — and I even got a spot drug test for work about 10 years ago — and I just work my arse off, come from a line of big, strong, people and have worked out since I was 15.
Probably, more importantly, I watch my diet (easier to refuse food for me, because it’s seldom kosher) and don’t drink much booze.
You would think my 8 daughters would be evidence of functioning genitalia, but people get jealous.
