Looks like the strike might have hit right on the transom through the decking and knocked the columns down (wow). Both sets of lanes went down—not only the outer set. The train above might have caught the splatter/ricochet from the hit on the lower lanes.

You don’t have the idea what the terrorist act is. The strikes on power grid aren’t. Blowing a bridge with traffic, killing Dugin’s daughter, “hunting collaborators like pigs” is terrorism.

Russia has done all that and far worse, as most of its targets have no military value whatsoever (like shopping malls, hospitals, etc, or gang raping little girls and boys).
