Russian Government claiming a truck blew up on the bridge.
There was a sound audible before the explosion, possibly the sound of a incoming rocket or missile.
Railway one fire and one one bridge span collapsed, that's a lot of damage for a single weapon hit.
Okay, I put this in a new tab and zoomed to see both lanes down here. Couldn’t see that in pictures before without zooming. This part looks like an engineer job on the columns/transoms under the deck. Could possibly have been some kind of accurate missile hit, though. Truck full of demo? I doubt it.

Looks like the strike might have hit right on the transom through the decking and knocked the columns down (wow). Both sets of lanes went down—not only the outer set. The train above might have caught the splatter/ricochet from the hit on the lower lanes.

But after a second look, yes. It could have been a truck bomb. See the truck and car, when it happens in the video. Right there. Would have to have been quite the cutting charge, though, and a bit shaped.
