You obviously didn’t read the report. Jones defaulted on liabity so neither the judge nor jury had any choice. The only question was how much.

If you do the things Alex Jones does, you get in trouble. Those laws have not changed, it’s just there’s been a new media environment where excremental actors like Jones thought there was a new rulebook. There’s no new rule book. Good riddance to fat bastard.

How exactly is anyone being defamed? How are their reputations being harmed, what injuries are they incurring, and what financial setbacks are resulting from someone saying that he doesn’t trust the government?
