The non-elected federal bureaucrats running the constitutionally undefined CDC don't have the power to make this kind of decision imo.
In fact, since the states have never expressly constitutional given Congress the specific power to dictate INTRAstate healthcare policy, neither does Congress imo.
Trump's red tsunami of patriot supporters, including closet Democratic Trump supporters, need to vote Republican for November.
How can the CDC do that? Do they have that power?
Is the vaccine research for the Boston Killer Virus from Hell underway?
My hope is to live to see the Morgan & Morgan commercial on television, “Were you or your loved ones harmed by mRNA vaccines? Call us at Morgan & Morgan, where size matters”
How does the CDC have any authority to decide that? Oh yeah, it’s a NWO communist organization.

Until there is a legal decision my guess is yes they have the
power. Now as things progress thru the legal system that may
not be the final outcome. We’ll see. jmo

There was a case in Denmark. I forget the specifics, but aDanish woman had had a D-dimer test before she got vaccinated. She had thrombosis, and the court determined that it was vaccine derived because the D-dimer test she’d had right before had shown no evidence of clotting propensities.
From what I know, CDC sends out “recommended” immunization schedules, basically guidelines. The states then enact they’re own for public school.
For instance, influenza vaccine is currently on the childhood recommendation but my child is not required to have it for public school. I live in crazy CA & there were several bills regarding Covid vaccines & adding to school schedule but they pulled them after uproar..they’ll probably be back after midterms.
Any protests being planned at the homes of these CDC Board members? Pitchforks, Torches and ROPE are in order.
They may be protected in court, but they have to go outside at some point. If it becomes clear beyond a doubt, they are doomed.
If they do, its time for pitchforks and torches. And really, it should be the people at these companies that face the mob of the people injured by their decisions, labor, lies, etc.
