I think you are correct. Rules, laws, court rulings, decrees -- everything they do to cover up their crimes, or to shield themselves from charges and liability, just implicates more people into the growing list of people who need to be removed from the planet (of course, after proper tribunals and convictions).
At the rate people are dropping dead from the poison jabs, this holocaust will outnumber the German holocaust within a couple of years, easily.
