ACLU Sue Nye County Nevada for Counting Ballots by Hand and Not Using Questionable Voting Machines

Those are constitutional rights, not civil rights. Civil rights are government-granted privileges. Constitutional rights are supposed to be restraints on government so it does not violate the inherent, natural, God-given rights that you already have.

So there is no reason the whole county can't be hand counted on election night. Eliminating the ability of the Dems to cheat in heavily red places and skim votes requires that they cheat more in their urban strongholds.
