Since few of us get enough sunlight, my wife and I take 5,000 iu of Vitamin D3 and 50 mg Zinc daily as our Covid preventative. Seems to be effective. No shots.

I would add niacin and quercetin to that regiment. I take all four (D3, zinc, niacin, quercetin) every day- never got the jab, never got the kung flu and i’ve had two separate IGG tests 10 months apart and the amount of kung flu anti-bodies i had were off the charts.
My doctor told me, “you have more anti-bodies then most vaccinated people” after the first test and the woman at the facility where i took the second test said, “Mr xxx, i’m not your doctor but there’s absolutely no reason for you to get the vaccine.”
Hope you are taking K2 also...important with D3
