Sorry but nonsense, Pretty damn clear where the Bible stands on homosexuality... KJV written in 1611.. While the actual word homosexual didn’t even exist until 1868..
The bible is quite clear in multiple places about homosexuality being sinful.
While someone is free to reject Christianity, these folks lying about what the Bible says quite clearly about homosexuality needs to be called out.
Some Old Testament:
Leviticus 18:22 - Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.
Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
And some New Testament:
Romans 1:27 - And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
Homos is Greek meaning "one and the same." Homo in Latin means "man" or "human being" (of either sex--as opposed to vir meaning a male person)--as in Homo sapiens. The adjective humanus "human" comes from homo.
