Nope. Perhaps when I eat out, but that isn’t often and never fast food. . Buy grassfed beef from ranch in Oregon that can only supply about 10 markets. Pasture raised eggs, which you can buy anywhere, and organic chicken (mostly free range) but at least fed better stuff than Tyson would ever use.
I’m a true health nut. 86, weigh 118, perfect posture, good blood pressure, everything works, nothing hurts and don’t take prescription drugs. 10 supplements/day . Been taking them every day since I was 35. My doc said I have a great immune system and didn’t need vax.
