But I blame Trump for not displacing them as “the establishment” when he had four years in the White House to give us a better leadership team, a team of MAGA leaders instead of McFailures.
In his next term, Trump needs to clean the stables, not “endorse” and hire the same old stable boys who made it a mess in the first place. And that includes Lindsey along with the McCs.

How was Trump supposed to get rid of McConnell? Answer that question?
The voters are the only people who can really get rid of McConnell. RINOs are entrenched and very hard to get rid of because other people hate running against all the money and power they have to keep their seats.
How much money did Trump's MAGA campaign organization raise for the candidates he endorsed? How many fundraisers did Trump hold for them? Did his organization send out to their massive contact lists asking people to donate to their campaigns? Look at their fundraising...abysmal. Let's be real - there's no excuse for that. 1 million people sending $10 solves the problem. And a lot more people than just 1 million could have done that to give them massive campaign warchests in their own right without any dependence on the establishment PACs. Instead, they were left twisting in the wind - hoping and begging a PAC would support them - when PACs should only be supplemental, not total, support. They were stretched then while Dems were fully funded both in their candidates and PACs and with small donations from their grassroots supporters - willing to dump tens of millions on Abrams and Beto, even, in their quixotic quests. In competitive races our side couldn't even do that.
OK. After all of this in just two days, we need a new potential presidential candidate, one who can talk OVER the Media (much like DJT did in the beginning and RWR did throughout his Presidency) Someone who can preach Patritotism, fight tooth and nail against the Fascists, and win the respect of sane Americans. We need to start finding that person now. I do not mean anyone who is connected to the swamp. Period.

I hate those three, and they certainly didn’t help.
But we’re buying into the narrative that the GOP underperformed which could be far from the truth. We don’t know what we don’t know re the well-oiled fraud machine.
I believe they performed very well, but not enough to beat the cheat.

Not displacing them? Trump just endorsed McCarthy two days ago for Speaker of the House...
Fair enough, but who would he have picked? He was one man against the Swamp. Experienced political types were reluctant to sign on with him. The gop was against him just as much as the rats were.
Trump’s business background has helped him tremendously...
except when it comes to picking the right team.
It could be a matter of their isn’t enough good people to choose from? And/or enough good guys willing to work in a insane environment?
Otherwise,it seems like he should pick people who..like him..have a background in business..or any profession that has tangible evidence the person knows what they are doing.
In other words ..doers..and people who have actually accomplished something.
But then it goes back to ..if there were such a person(s) ..are the willing to quit their lives to work in the evil government..where crazy leftists forget your house or worse your family.
Use to be ..or at least it seemed like..you could appeal to people’s love of country.
