With things as they are these days, I bet they release the federal inmate from prison on bail. That seems to be what they do to all criminals now.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is a United States federal law enforcement agency under the Department of Justice that is responsible for the care, custody, and control of incarcerated individuals who have committed federal crimes; that is, violations of the United States Code.

NOTE: . . . under the Department of Justice . . . .

Federal prisons should be holding “buy-back” events.

Time off for fire arms surrendered, no questions asked.

I worked for a long time in a big city ER. Soon after I started there one of the unit's battle hardened nurses told me stories about all the things she's seen shoved up someone's exit hole. I was a mere kid back then...quite naive.

I still have nightmares about those stories.
