There is something distinctly un-American about a sport that routinely ends in a tie. Hmm, the NFL changed the rules so that more ties happen. Wonder if there is a corrolation?

NFL had ties for most of its existence. The various stupid tie-breaking schemes they had for a few years were the exception. College football has always had ties and no one thought anything of it.
