For dinner tonight my wife is making a great chicken stew with the leftover Costco deli chicken which fed us lunch and dinner yesterday.
The stew is loaded with chicken chunks, pasta and several veggies. It is truly a one bowl complete dinner.
A meal without real protein is a snack not a meal.
