I took prenatal vitamins when I was on dialysis, and it helped a lot.

I do nature’s bounty hair, skin, & nails. I take 3 gummies instead of the 2 recommended. Taken them forever & they work & are inexpensive. Walmart & Kroger always have a but 1 get 1 free. I used to do viviscal, but it’s absurdly expensive & has much less biotin.

While watching another youtube video the other day, I noticed this one out there, by a guy who posts a lot of health-related videos on youtube (Dr. Eric Berg DC). Not sure how effective these tips might be, but, for what it's worth, here's the link, if you want to check it out:

I take all of those. Have for a whole year in absurd quantities, and I can attest they work; just the other day I noticed I have a single hair growing out of the side of my head.

Many years ago, it was common to take Knox gelatin (collagen) for hair and fingernail growth.

A full head of hair is way overrated. Just join “Hat of The Month Club”, and all’s okay. LOL.

I get a lot of red wine and olive oil in my diet. Full head o’ hair. Dad was bald at half my age.
