When communism verses liberty division is expected you only lose liberty once.

It would be interesting if “our side” held meetings like the WEF and Bilderberg meetings for the progressive globalist agenda. But of course one difference between the sides would be that we are not elitists, and would frown on anyone who thought they were entitled to speak for our side without being voted into power.

This may be one reason why we’re apparently losing this cultural civil war on a global scale. Our side has only a limited presence in the marketplace of ideas, mostly on websites such as this one. Every other type of presence that we have is the filtered demonizing false premise filled caricatures presented by the globalist media and the politicians of the left.

Perhaps we should in fact have one such meeting of cultural conservative leaders, on a global scale, with the view towards creating an alternate agenda. When they say carbon neutral by 2050 or whatever, we say ... (perhaps) drill baby drill.

I think what we need is a set of alternatives to well-known progressive sacred cow agenda highlights, and try to level the playing field so that there’s a wider public debate. Instead of the “white nationalists telling lies” distortion, more of a “globalist say X, anti-globalists say Y, an election can decide.”

Some things are entirely a matter of personal opinion perhaps based on religious beliefs or moral values. For example, questions like same-sex marriage, gender rights for minority gender groups (self-defined), what to make of the Russia-Ukraine situation. Not all of us agree on these, while on the other side, very few disagree. The one issue that divides the left is Israel, there’s a faction “over there” who are stridently anti-Israel, anti-Zionist and pro-Arab in general. That might also be a position some on the right might take although the majority on the right are pro-Israel and to whatever extent a gentile can be pro-Zionist, that also (at least a modicum of understanding, the fact being, pro-Zionist is really a mirror image of the belief that we belong in our own countries and not back in Europe).

I could see this anti-globalist agenda looking something like this:

1. Go slow on green energy and transitions away from fossil fuels, allow the market to decide, bring forward innovations only when they make economic sense.

2. Accept that some human modification of climate is inevitable, as well as realizing that some postulated examples are over-hyped, and with that balanced approach, rely more on mitigation than modification (example, if the seas rise, move away from them; if temperatures rise, adapt or exploit in some cases).

3. Marriage as a civil institution should be “gender blind” so there’s no discrimination, but religious groups should not be expected to cater to same sex marriage or any other practices with which they do not agree. The rights to freedom of religion and freedom of opinion should be paramount (the baker should not be forced to bake a cake, for example).

4. Genders are assigned at birth by body structure. To the extent that it interferes with no other lives or situations, people should be free to imagine they have changed their gender, but this should not give them any rights to go into places or social constructs where they do not belong, such as using other gender’s bathrooms especially for any illegal purpose, nor to participate in other genders’ sports unless invited by recognized sporting authority. No one should be coerced to accept transgendered “male” athletes as competitors in female sports.

5. Sexuality should be a private matter and things such as gay pride parades are a contradiction of that principle. Gays and other rainbow coalition types including (and perhaps especially) drag queens should not be in public schools interfering with the parent-child primary relationship that oversees child sexual development. The schools have barged into this area and should now butt out.

7. Borders must be kept secure and immigration policy enacted by governments must be totally respected at these borders. Any blurring of the purpose of the border (to enact the country’s legislated policies) must be ended. To be more specific, at this point in time, the US-Mexico border has almost ceased to exist as a point of enforcement of existing laws, and is instead a welcome mat for illegal immigrants. That needs to change.

8. There is far too much violent crime, and a disrespect for the sanctity of private property, in the modern social order. More needs to be spent on effective law enforcement and the judicial systems need to change so that apprehended criminals don’t serve overly short sentences or get free on bail multiple times for similar offenses. A much steeper graduated curve of escalating punishment, combined with a return to the death penalty, will help with these problems. Race hustlers trying to make it seem that there is a “racialization” of these questions should be shown the door in the public forum.

9. Free speech is a vital component of both the media and academic institutions. There have been movements to curtail or even end free speech in favor of managed “correct speech” practices. That will just weaken our countries and make them no better than China which is almost a failed state and the main source of globalist impulses in the first place.

10. The Russia-Ukraine misadventure needs to end. If Russia thinks their actions will hasten the demise of globalism, they are reading the cards wrong. They are giving additional prestige and credibility to the neo-con wing of globalism. If Russia is there for any other reason, that cannot be a legitimate reason. So by all accounts, Russia should end this ill-considered operation and let Ukraine recover.

The bottom line is, we need to be more positive and less reactive. We’ll set the tone of our agenda, not have it reflected from false narratives of the left. Example, Jan 6th was not an “insurrection” it was a protest directed by double agents and operatives into a situation that should have been avoided. But to call it an insurrection that was worse than 9-11 is such ridiculous hype that one is forced to ask what else is completely false about the official narratives. Most of us already asked that anyway and the answers are obvious. We are being told lies and half-truths about most things, and being asked to accept excrement wrapped up like presents. If we can offer people better alternatives, perhaps this will become clear to more people who haven’t done enough thinking about these issues.

You can vote into communism but you have to shoot your way out...
