Queen Elizabeth II was piped aboard the USS Constitution and given a 21 gun salute, but she was head of state. I don’t see how he merits this treatment at all. Not even in uniform.

No, you have to go see the video. Martin the Decoder. I can’t even describe it. I dont even know if what he is saying is true but the comments seem to think it is. He breaks down the video of how they are trying to trick and convey.. It’s an interesting video but I can’t get past his voice. I may have to make a tape of it to use when I cant sleep.
It would make sense if he there as representative of Britain’s army (which at one time he was) or even there in an official capacity as a foreign dignitary from a respected ally. Neither of those are the case with him any more.
It almost sounds like a machine voice. And he sounds like he’s German.
