The events of January 6, Donald Trump meeting with Kanye West and Nick Fuentes, and Trump writing about terminating parts of the Constitution are arguably a gift trifecta greater than anything Joe Scarborough ever got on Christmas. Because Scarborough sees them as giving him an all-purpose cudgel with which to bash conservatives and defend Joe Biden, no matter the issue.
Take Friday's Morning Joe for example. The issue was Biden's decision to trade the Merchant of Death for a basketball player—Brittney Griner. Instead of making any serious effort to defend Biden's deal on the merits, Scarborough went on the attack against the alleged hypocrisy of "Trumpy right-wingers," citing that gift trifecta. And naturally, Scarborough broke out his favorite word, "fascist," employing it multiple times in his attack.
Scarborough's attack on conservatives was a classic straw man diversion. Many non-conservatives, including MSNBC's own contributors, have criticized Biden's swap.

Fascism is a form of government wherein big companies and government pair for mutual benefit, hallmarked by propaganda via the control of media, in which the vilify any opposition.

The prisoner swap endangers American lives, especially service men and women, from weapons the “Lord of War” will illegally distribute, again. Yet, Grimer release will benefit the rich who sell WNBA and NBA tickets. This trade isn’t about “the people of the United States” it’s about the fascist elite that Joe Scarborough feels akin to.
When the Woke use the term "Fascist" to describe someone, all they mean is "non-Woke."

Fascism is a form of socialist organization of the economy, in which the FORMS of capitalism remain, in that there are corporations in existence, and there is a sort of stock brokerage firm that trades the corporate ownership shares back and forth, but the corporations are heavily regulated, and are entirely dependent on the whims of a Maximum Leader for their continued existence. Crony capitalism taken to its most extreme level. Do as you are ordered to do, and no further restrictions are piled upon you, but step out of line or disobey a direct order, and suffer consequences dreadful beyond endurance. Shame, fear and intimidation are the tools of this form of organization, and it is probably only a kinder, gentler form of socialism, but socialism none the less.
