And I am one of those people.
I guess things are different here in The Heartland. Our rural libraries are very needed and not polluted with Socialist stupidity as Big City libraries may be.
Cops, Fire, EMTs, decent roads and Libraries are the few things I don’t mind my tax dollars supporting.
But, as you know, I’ve always paid the least amount of taxes I could through the years. I did end up supporting a Publik Skrewel (Miss You, Rush!) with my taxes that NONE of my kids ever attended, so that always annoyed me.
So, I’d abolish Public Schooling before public Libraries. YMMV. :)
