What I’d like to know is why the hell we still have “public” libraries. I know the ones in Phoenix are used as a place where the “homeless” can go to clean up, take a dump and wash their clothes. With almost all homes now having access to the internet, why do we need libraries? Turn them into public toilets for the homeless. It would make more sense
