As a kid in upstate NY (Utica, Ithaca and Syracuse ‘burbs), we usually went Trick or Treating in the 50s and early 60s in snowstorms. I’m sure you can relate. We always really appreciated the neighbors with hot cider and donuts!
Don’t recall trick or treating in the snow...but I guess we wouldn’t have minded it!
