And the sick perverted groomers know this as well, which is why they are trying so hard to get access to kids, and labeling anyone that resists a “hater”
Yes we are at that point now.
On the fed and state level, the legislature can indict and impeach judges.
We need representatives willing to yield this giant hammer.
What I care about is that the public schools are ‘free’ and so I can get more toys and a bigger house. Now, if they want to transition my kids without telling me, I’m not too hot on that, but every thing that is ‘free’ still has some kind of price, and that’s a small price to pay, considering that the free schools enable me to get that boat I’ve been dreaming of, and isn’t that what life’s all about?

At first, I was a little perplexed that the judge’s ruling seemed to take strong issue with the school’s actions but he dismissed the case. So I looked up “shocks the conscious test” on-line:

Apparently, accepting the allegation that the school’s actions in hiding the transgender information from the parents was “shocking to the conscious” opens the school district to financial and other penalties in excess of what is normally allowed under the law.
The test is subjective. Pass/fail (shocked/not shocked?) is dependent on how “the observer” (presumably the judge) views the action. So, in ruling that the school systems actions did not shock the conscience, the judge seems to be saying that the behavior was in line with what has emerged as standard practice in handling transgender students in “woke” school systems.
Obviously, the judge’s ruling can be disputed and probably will be appealed.
Though the school system has technically prevailed, they probably know this is just the opening salvo in a long court battle over the issue. It being Massachusetts, one has to wonder if “wokism” has driven out the school system’s capacity for genuine analysis of their policies and their continuing cost.
They were criticized by the judge. That means something to the school system’s lawyers. It’s a warning that their actions are not beyond challenge and the next, better formulated lawsuit may be successful.
In the West. Not in the sane 83% part of the world.
So, apparently the government standard for removal of speech e.g. from Twitter was that it could be misinformation, but the standard for teachers is that unless it “shocks the conscience”, it cannot be prohibited.
There are no standards like double standards.

Parents must pull their children from these schools to protect them. They must find a way to flee from parts of the country where the majority of people have depraved minds. Places, where abortion and homosexuality are promoted, are breeding grounds for fascism.
Birth parents sending children to a government indoctrination center means they have no right to bitch about the results...

I am so glad I pulled my sons out of public school at an early age and homeschooled them.
This judge must be a pedo, trying to take parental rights away. The transgender craze has to be Pizzagate sh*t: grant children “rights” to their bodies, ergo the right to sex at any age.
