The immediate love for your child is something the left cannot understand. They see children as a burden, an inconvenience, and something that stifles them and their plans for future.
I not only had children of my own, but also “coached” both my niece, and my daughter-in-law, through the birthing process once they went into labor. Each delivered a beautiful child of God. No one will ever convince me that an unborn child is a “clump of cells” up until some “official” decides it is a child and a human being that is worthy of “human rights”.
Abortion is cold-blooded murder. You are killing a child, deliberately, and most of the time for convenience. I’ve asked abortion proponents who scream the often-used argument that “incest, “rape” or “health of the mother” should allow abortion. When I say “fine, let’s agree those are the only criteria for which abortion can be used”, they run away. Then they start screaming “women’s rights”. If you bring up the compromise of “safe”, legal, and rare, and only if there is an health issue, they move the goal-posts.
How can you do so a thing to another human being? How can abortionists see the ultrasound of the fully-formed child in the womb, and them deliberately pull that child’s limbs off, suck it out of its safe space in the place GOD put it, and suck it out into a trash bag to be disposed of as medical waste? Such a person has to be a special type of evil!
I AGREE WITH YOU, BUT FOR SOME CAVEATS. THERE ARE SOME GENETIC ABNORMALITIES, DOWNS SYNDROME, AND TAY-SACHS, FOR INSTANCE, WHERE I DO NOT FEEL IT IS MY PLACE TO TELL, OR EVEN JUST ADVISE, OTHERS ABOUT TAKING ON SUCH AN ENORMOUS EMOTIONAL BURDEN, ESPECIALLY TAY-SACHS, WHERE A CHILD MAY LIVE WELL INTO THEIR TEENS BEFORE INEVITABLE DYING OF THIS HORRIBLE DISEASE. I WOULD NOT WISH SUCH GRIEF UPON ANYONE, NOR WOULD I VENTURE TO ADVISE YEA, OR NAY, TO ABORTION UNDER THOSE CIRCUMSTANCES...AS I SAID, IT IS NOT MY PLACE.
BUT, SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES ARE, THANKFULLY, QUITE RARE. IT IS STILL NOT MY PLACE TO TELL OTHERS WHAT TO DO, BUT PERSONALLY, I NEITHER CONDONE, NOR UNDERSTAND ABORTION AS A METHOD OF BIRTH CONTROL, OR PERSONAL CONVENIENCE. I HAVE KNOWN SOME WOMEN WHO HAVE HAD ABORTIONS, AND SUFFERED EMOTIONALLY FROM HAVING DONE SO. I HAVE KNOWN OTHERS THAT DIDN’T GIVE A RAT’S RUMP...ALSO, ABOUT ANYONE BUT THEMSELVES.
IN MY LIFE, I HAVE NEVER HAD TO DEAL WITH THAT MATTER...THANK G-D!
AS FOR WHAT THE LEFT UNDERSTANDS, I CAN ONLY CONCLUDE THAT IT IS LITTLE, OR NOTHING, ABOUT REALITY, TRUTH, OR EVEN THEMSELVES.
