Yes,it seems distinctly possible that in him we see the early stages of a full blown psychopath. However,at that age nobody can be sure. The kid should be "sentenced" to some kind of psych facility and hope for the best. Ten years old is too young to declare someone "absolutely irredeemable".

i agree,I would make a video of all his stuff being thrown in a fire. show it to him, it seems to be the only way to get thru to him to pain he has caused others by killing his mom. Over a piece of electronics gear. Grrrrrrr.

Saw something similar in my hospitals ER four years ago.

A ten year old kid threatened to run his mother through with a kitchen carving knife because she told him to stop playing a video game.

I see so many kids, 10 to 20 years old in the psyche unit every week I hardly notice it.
