Jackman wheels? Ugh.

I had those on my ‘75 Jeep CJ7 and even there they didn’t look very good.

When I was growing up, the cops in my town had 57 Chebby Bel-Airs — with “gumball” machine lights.

White hardtops, over dark green, with white doors — much like the article. No fancy-dan artwork, though.

Bitchin’ slick-lookin’ cop cars, though.. VERY classy.
(It was a classy suburb.)

Cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks and it’s a model made before catalytic converters so it’ll run good on regular gas...

It will need a new cigarette lighter.

Don’t you wish you still had mom’s car?

My neighbor filled up her 56 Chevy with 6 visiting sorority sister and I put 7 in my mother’s 57 210 (145HP plus a push down hidden overdrive gear under the gas peddle).

Took them to a bowling alley as part of Judy’s hosting her sorority chapter from Albany,in Baltimore. After unloading all 16 girls and escorting them into the bowl alley, a guy asked me how I did that,to which I replied, “Practice”.

Loved real Chevies from that era of real cars.

That’s not blue.

It’s mint green.

"...It’s mint green..."

.

It's either (close to) sky blue - or one of us needs to adjust our video settings.

Good Morning!
Happy New Year!

(Just got up half an hour ago.)

Starting the New Year by working on my grocery shopping list -

$95.14 - For one person for one week (bare-bones shopping -
plus 2 meals with my girlfriend - Lunch-Dinner)

Thank goodness there's no inflation, right?

.

A New Year and I'm already babbling at 6:55 AM - coffee does this - sorry...

Okay, yeah, it’s blue. But it reminds me of this:

The tub, toilet and sink in the master bath of my parents'
second house (circa 1969) were that shade of turquoise.
