I go so far out of my way to be kind to and help people and animals it’s almost an obsession.
And then all of this happens so close together that I wonder if I’m under demonic attack.

It occurred to to me that if you know any real estate agents, they might know what to expect regarding condemnation.
However, I noticed while internet searching that condemned properties are apparently considered hot real estate items. Owners are probably willing to accept unrealistically low offers.
