I am CORRECT that there is no legal recourse for medical liability (save for intentional misconduct, which would largely be impossible to prove under the current regime's censorship and overlapping patchwork of bureaucratic/legal protections for all concerned).

Bear in mind that the spike from the vax or the virus can be differentiated by molar weight. Also, the pathology investigations have made a point of looking for the nucleocapsid. When it is absent, that indicates the vax, only.
The spike from virus does not last as long as the vax version. Temporal elements are considered when making the diagnosis.

The initial reason I even questioned the jabs was the mechanism of instructing the human cell to create a pathogen. Then it was discovered that the essential element, the spike, had been engineered to be more robust/efficient.
I could be wrong, but it sounds to me like the body just keeps churning out these proteins, yet people are up to 3 additional *boosters* within 2 years. 1) either they had huge backstocks of the vax to get rid of; or 2)the dosage as originally calculated wasn’t performing as forecast. OTOH, with so much of the production *pharmed out*, there is rampant speculation that quality control was very lax.
So, the suspicions remain that they likely did not achieve their desired injection quotas/rates and they are disappointed with the _lack_ of efficacy in their forecasted results.
All these questions/suspicions do not give me any confidence, not just in this particular jab, but in the claims made by Big Pharma that all injections from here on will utilize mRNA platforms. They knew that natural mRNA degraded quickly and purposefully changed the uridine to pseudouridine, which is not recognized by the immune system and therefore accumulates in many organ tissues.
Enough. It certainly gives me the heebie-jeebies.
